CANCELLATION POLICY
At Aesthetically Pleasing, we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of $100. This fee helps cover the costs associated with holding the appointment time for you.
3. No Call/No Show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, a fee of $100 will be charged to your account.
*We understand that life happens, unexpected situations occur and it is not always feasible to provide 24 hours advanced notice. The automated booking system will automatically collect $100 when cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation window. You may request a policy exemption by communicating the circumstances of a missed appointment as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
